Unboxing Requirements :

To protect both parties, we require customers to record an unboxing video before opening the parcel.
This video must clearly show:

• The unopened parcel
• The process of opening the package
• The condition of the item upon receipt

This video serves as proof of item condition and completeness.
❗ We reserve the right to reject any claim without video evidence.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

1. Return Period
   • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Return Conditions
   • Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and in original packaging).
   • Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
   • Products that have been opened, damaged, or worn by the customer.

   • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
5. Refunds
