🚚 Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- All states in Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Peninsular)
- International orders (on a case-by-case basis – please contact us for arrangements)
📦 Processing Time
- Orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, item weight, and courier service.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our homepage or during checkout.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement
For your protection and ours, we kindly request all customers to record an unboxing video when opening the parcel. This is necessary to process claims for:
- Damaged items
- Missing items
- Wrong items sent
Claims without video proof may not be accepted

- If the item is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the re-delivery cost.
