- All items are authentic and thoroughly inspected before listing.

3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, FPX, and other payment methods offered at checkout.
- Orders are only confirmed once payment is received in full.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within Malaysia and may offer international shipping upon request.
- Shipping fees and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
- Ayoasia is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns/exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or wrongly sent items (not due to sizing or preference).
- Customers must record an unboxing video to support any claims.

- Ayoasia is not responsible for:
- Minor wear and tear consistent with second-hand items
- Buyer’s failure to read product descriptions
- Orders made through scammers or unofficial resellers
